What we collect
We collect the account details you give us, such as your name, email address and billing country, along with payment records held by our payment processor. We also record basic product usage, including which tools you open and when, so we can size shared plans and spot abuse.
How we use it
- To create and maintain your membership and dashboard access.
- To process payments, renewals and refunds.
- To answer support requests and investigate access problems.
- To improve the catalog and decide which tools to add next.
The browser extension
The Stackpass extension applies a shared session on the tool domains listed in your dashboard. It does not read your browsing history on other sites, and it does not collect page content beyond what is needed to sign you in.
Sharing
We share data with the service providers who run our payments, email and hosting. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
Retention and your rights
We keep account records while your membership is active and for as long as tax rules require afterwards. You can ask us to export or delete your data by writing to privacy@stackpass.io, and we respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies that keep you signed in and a small set of analytics cookies that measure page performance. You can block cookies in your browser, though the dashboard needs the session cookie to work.
